1.The project engineer's capacity of Blue-mold.
Engineers are required to have experiences which no less than 5 years at mold design, most of them have rich experiences at mold making,and can communicate with customer in English well,face to face discuss professional technic.

2.How to run project at Blue-mold?
At the beginning of a project, engineer needs to detailedly be familiar with requirements and criteria of customer,be engaged in initial evaluation with design department.During a whole project, engineer follows up each process of molds closely, knows each mold status, and oversees mold process according to timing plan. Meanwhile the mold progress report will be submitted to customer on Friday. For customer's email,basically we can give response within 14 hours, but no more than 20 hours at the latest.
