QC department
About Us
The QC department is consisted of 4 professional staffs,and measure equipments. The division of work is clear-cut, it contains a QC manager, a CMM inspector,an inspector of two dimensional measuring instrument, a part inspector and an engineer of mold inspector. The CMM stroke is 600x800x1000 mm, it can meet inspection of medium molds and parts.
Normally T zero parts will be fully inspected after first trial, and dimensional report will be submitted to customer for checking, for critical dimensions and small tolerance dimensions, we need to inspect steel dimensions make sure actual steel dimensions can match design.
Engineer of mold inspector checks each mold before mold delivery, and make sure everything meets with customers criteria, and take photographs of molds.
